Big Five game/Lowveld scenery and adventure

Representatives of MacFarlane Executive Travel & Tours will collect guests from their hotels/lodges or homes in Johannesburg/Pretoria and transfer them into holiday mode! MacFarlane Executive Travel will be your guide through Mpumalanga/Limpopo, accompanying you on your two-hour drive to Dullstroom, which will be enjoyed in absolute comfort. Coffee and rusks will be served en route, then we’ll stop for brunch in the quaint town of Dullstroom, where you can enjoy a brief respite while stretching your legs and visiting the country shops and art studios. By noon we will be on the road again, taking in the JG Strijdom Tunnel and Abel Erasmus Pass, where the scenery is absolutely breathtaking. There will also be time to stop at some of the local curio shops. Shortly thereafter the MacFarlane vehicle will arrive at Edeni Private Game Lodge, where guests will be checked in and taken to their luxury safari tents.

Drinks will be served prior to a game drive in open vehicles, which will be followed by a sumptuous dinner.

Then it’s off to bed in your luxury safari tents. In the morning you will be woken for an early morning game drive and returned to the lodge for a buffet breakfast. The remainder of the day is spent lazing around the pool, bird watching and enjoying the scenery. A late light lunch is offered and then an evening game drive will be accompanied by sundowners and snacks.

Dinner is served on your return to the lodge.

The following morning there’s the option of a game drive or bush walk before MacFarlane drives you through the beautiful scenery of Mpumalanga, taking in Bourke’s Luck Potholes and the Blyde River Canyon en route to Dullstroom, where you will spend the night at the quaint bed and breakfast accommodation of Fox Hill.

The morning will be spent in and around Dullstroom and after lunch group members will be transferred back to Johannesburg/Pretoria.

PACKAGE 2

Ingwenya African Spa: overnight stay

Includes all massage treatments, as well as moonlight massages, use of all facilities as well as five star luxury accommodation and breakfast. Dinner is not included.

MacFarlane Executive Travel & Tours will collect you in their luxury vehicle, transport you to Ingwenya and then collect you for your return trip the following day. Complimentary drinks will be served during your relaxing journey.

Price: R1 445,00 per person sharing, excluding dinner.
