Should you pay for and not make use of Clan MacFarlane Enterprises (PTY) LTD services, you will be given a refund of the paid amount excluding cancellation fees (if cancellation or services are not made at least 48 hours in advance).

Clan MacFarlane Enterprises (PTY) LTD reserves the right to refuse to refund any monies to a user in the event that the user has made use of the services provided by Clan MacFarlane Enterprises (PTY) LTD. The determination of whether the services have been used is at the sole descretion of Clan MacFarlane Enterprises (PTY) LTD.

Should services not be delivered by Clan MacFarlane Enterprises (PTY) LTD, due to incorrect infomation supplied by the user (eg. dates & times) or other circumstances such as, delayed flights, Clan MacFarlane Enterprises (PTY) LTD reserves the right to charge the user for "waiting" time.

Refunds will be made within 7 (seven) working days of cancellation of services.
